You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it remains unopened and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for knives that have been used, as carbon steel knives are prone to rusting when in contact with liquids.

You will need to cover the return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service and insuring the package to protect against any damage or loss. We cannot issue refunds for damaged or lost items without proof of tracking and insurance.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, failure to verify your age, or if you’re unavailable to receive the delivery and haven’t rescheduled it, we will either charge you for resending the package or deduct the shipping cost from any refund.
